Awesome service, very friendly, very excited about my new chair!!

I first met Motum in 2014 and we had our first chair scripted. Eva was 3 years old and I didn't know what to look for in a chair. At the time Kym and Andrew were thorough, understanding and so very supportive with all the questions as a first time wheelchair mum. We scripted our second chair with Motum last year. The Motum team were excited to work with us and bring our designs to life. No task or question was too much. Both chairs have done well from practicality, durability, design and appease.We have watched Motum grow as a company and feel we would have all basis of manual to electric needs sorted. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. We have for trials and the personal touch and knowledge is definitely missing with other companies. The team at Motum have grown there knowledge that I wouldn't trust or go to anyone else for wheelchair advice. The product range and knowledge far exceeds expectations.I'm glad I met Motum when I did in 2014 as I'm yet to find better elsewhere.I highly recommend Motum to many.

Nice staff and good friendly service. Especially if customers live close by to their company they will come out as well to do repair on the wheelchair if it's not too complicated.

HelloAfter my knee operation it became difficult to navigate our stairs, so we contacted Bluesky to see what options they had with stair lifts, and we were presented with excellent customer service, we spoke to the salesperson and he was understanding of our needs without being the usual pushy sales stereotype. He was considerate and showed us a range of options that would not only be suitable for my needs, but also our budget. I would highly recommend this company if you need a stairlift fitted as their technicians are also lovely and will get the job done right.

My father sold a mobility scooter to a new neighbour of his, but it had an issue with the battery level monitor. It was showing an incorrect reading so the neighbour took it to this business and was told that after doing a battery check" that the batteries had to be replaced.The kick in the teeth for the neighbour is this: My father had the batteries replaced by this business 8 months prior to selling it along with four new tyres. We met the team at Motum for the first time in 2019 when trialling wheelchairs. The whole team have been fantastic. Not only are they welcoming and friendly, they are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their craft. I can't fault the attention to detail, accommodation of a ton of requests and trials, and not to mention the fantastic post delivery service. They've helped on many occasions to troubleshoot issues, thinking outside of the box and coming up with solutions for us, rather than just saying no and offering a stock standard option. I haven't received this level of customer service from any other disability equipment provider in Perth.

Jason was amazing from showing us around, helping us decide what chair was right for me and throughout the whole process including delivery. He was sensitive and accomodating to my needs and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Becoming disabled is a terrifying and overwhelming experience for anyone but AME were incredible in easing me into the transition and making me feel some sense of normality.
